How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free U.S. shipping on select products and promotions. Standard shipping rates apply to other orders and will be calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.


When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location or carrier delays during holidays or high-volume periods.


Do you provide tracking information?

Yes—every order includes tracking details, which are automatically emailed to you once your package ships. You can also view your tracking link anytime through your Zelora Account Dashboard.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processed or shipped. If you need assistance, please contact us at support@zelora.shop as soon as possible.
