Shipping Policy

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Processing

Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our U.S. warehouse.

Transit time

Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after your order ships. Carrier timelines may be extended during peak seasons or in the event of severe weather conditions.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a ShipEasy email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of the shipping confirmation email, please don’t hesitate to contact support@zelora.shop with your name and order number.

Shipping area

We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping coming soon.)

Split shipments

Items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages to expedite delivery. You’ll get tracking for each package.

Address & delivery issues

We ship to the address provided at checkout. We can’t reroute packages once they have been shipped.
If your package arrives damaged or missing itemsplease email support@zelora.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
