SHIPPING POLICY 

After receiving your order confirmation email, order(s) are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from Ship Easy, including a tracking number you can use to check your status.

*While we currently only ship to the US, we are actively working on expanding our shipping services to other countries. We appreciate your patience and look forward to serving you internationally soon

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time is subject to variation based on the destination and warehouse location. Please be aware  that during high-demand seasons, the estimated delivery time may be extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times. 

TRACKING INFORMATION

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within six days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@zelora.shop with your name and order number.   

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. However, please remember that we are always here to assist you with any questions or concerns. Your satisfaction is our priority!
